1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PAWORX ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PAWORX provides cloud-based veterinary practice management software, including but not limited to scheduling, electronic health records, billing, inventory management, and client communication tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms
• We may change our fees with 30 days notice to your registered email
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service. You grant PAWORX a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PAWORX, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAWORX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAWORX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
